DESCRIPTION: Lancaster Watch Co., Lancaster, Penn., "Keystone", 18 size, 15 jewels, key wind and set, adjusted, gilt plate movement, with lever escapement and cut bimetallic balance, in a coin silver, engraved hunting case, and Roman numeral, single sunk, white enamel dial, blued steel spade hands, serial #4760, c1885
CONDITION: CASE: Minor dents less than the size of a grain of rice; Scratches on outer surface of case; Minor scratches on cuvette; Engraving with minor wear; Has problems opening, front cover lift spring broken; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Flake in enamel concealed by bezel, 10:30, otherwise very good. HANDS: Minute with minor bends. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor scratches on plate; Specks of dirt / dust. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks), guard pin needs adjustment.
